Sarah Demetria Gaugler is a formally trained contemporary painter, illustrator, award winning designer and tattoo artist. She graduated as a Dean’s Lister at The University of Sto. Tomas Manila, with a Bachelors Degree from the College of Fine Arts, majoring in Advertising. Known for her signature styles in art, Gaugler has won a handful of awards for her skills in Album Cover designs and Album packaging, and has worked with international advertising agencies such as BBDO Guerrero, Saatchi & Saatchi, and TBWA, to name a few. As a freelance illustrator, Gaugler was commissioned to work with leading brands like Warner Brother’s Universal Studios LA to design an auctioned Marvin the Martian funko at the 2017 San Diego Comic Con, Starbucks PH, Universal Records, Warner Music PH and Lee Jeans PH. Her art works have been exhibited in art galleries around the Philippines and her work, notable for its beauty, intricate details and whimsical concepts continue to gain acclaim as her style has been featured in The New York Times, Harpers’ Bazaar, Brooklyn Magazine, Kobini Magazine, Oxygen, Cosmopolitan Magazine, numerous publications, newspapers and fashion magazines. Aside from tattooing and visual arts, Gaugler is also known for being the vocalist of the international electronic rock duo, Turbo Goth, whom is currently working on their second album to be launched in 2018. She has been in modeling appearances, TV hosting, and has worked professionally acting for independent films like “Gemini” which was screened at the MoMA New York,
She is currently owner of Snow Tattoo NYC, that is now located in Tribeca- a very prime location in the heart of New York City.
